Positives: This home is amazing.  It features a formal dining area, downstairs bedroom and bathroom, a spacious kitchen open to the family room which overlooks a deep back yard with pool, bbq area, and children’s playhouse.  The home is completely updated throughout with high qualifty materials.  The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with Cupertino Schools. 

Negatives: I could not find any significant faults of this home.  The home features a pool, which may not be a desirable feature for some.
