Home sales for the month of November. As expected the holiday season has arrived and the number of home sales are winding down. A good sign is that inventory is also winding down and buyers are trying to take advantage of low rates. This has resulted in a number of multiple offer situations and a number of homes selling close to or over asking. As long as inventory maintains reasonable levels we can expect a good 2010.
