Positives:This Killarney Farms home showed nicely. The floor plan was very functional and some what open. The decor was updated with updated paint, baths and Kitchen. Kitchen is a galley kitchen and the home features a separate living and family area. The back yard featured a large in ground pool. room sizes were sufficient. Newer roof and exterior paint and landscaping gave it a nice updated look. Location is quiet and private and good neighborhood and schools. Negatives: Large pool in back yard, drive way had substaintial cracking. Kitchen had very little natural light, no formal dining room for a home of this size, although living room could be used as one, but would limit living space. |

Negatives:A bit dated decor, no master bathroom. Pool in back had been filled in. |
